Accommodation
The accommodation is of a high standard and
very comfortable. Guests enjoy a self-contained
annexe
accommodating up to 5 people. There are 2 double bedrooms,
a sitting room and a shower-room.
The sitting room is equipped with WiFi and the main bedroom has
freesat television. We are a small homestay B&B and we do not
host more than one family or small group at a time so your use
of our annexe will be exclusive. The whole annexe is
centrally heated when needed.
 The sitting room is comfortable and spacious, with ample supplies of tea and coffee plus a small fridge stocked with milk. The book case is full of books of all kinds plus maps and local interest booklets. The room also contains a desktop PC with broadband which guests may use. There is a WiFi router for those who bring their own laptop.  The main bedroom is a good size. The bed is king sized with a Sealy 'Posturepedic' mattress. A Freesat LCD television is wall mounted for convenience. The second bedroom is smaller and furnished with a double bed, slightly less than double size. 
 The shower-room is clean and well equipped. Hot water is supplied on demand via a combi boiler. Laundry and drying facilities are available on request. Mike & Linda pride themselves on the quality of food and its presentation that they provide. Several guests have made positive comments on the quality and particularly on the excellence of the fruit salad served at breakfast. Guests' reviews from Google Places and Trip Advisor are also available to read.  Evening meals are available on request, in the form of either a hot snack (e.g. home made soup, lasagne and salad) or a three course meal with a complementary glass of wine (24 hours notice requested). For walkers, a packed lunch can be provided if requested the previous evening.
